• Blended Courses (Online+ Classroom) and In-person Classes:  We may not offer refunds due to limited space, facility fees, and class demand, but may allow students to reschedule paid registrations to another class date within 60 days if there is availability.  You must contact us at least 24 hours BEFORE your class to inform us that you cannot make it and would like to attend another session.  If a registered participant misses this window, they will need to register again and pay for another class session. We offer frequent skills weekly sessions, so finding another session to attend if necessary should be fairly easy.  Please be sure to contact us by email to get more information on how to proceed if you need to do this. Also, please note that we must adhere to American Red Cross guidelines and may still incur fees on our end, so we offer this as a courtesy. Please only use this option if it is necessary and be sure to attend your rescheduled session or you will have to pay for the complete class again. 

• Online Only American Red Cross Classes: Must be canceled within 48 hours of purchase and may receive a full refund.  After 48 hours, there are no refunds.
