Our team consists of trained and experienced individuals who specialize in various aspects of our services in certifying, training, and educating.

Our CPR instructors are expertly trained and certified through the American Red Cross (ARC) and bring enthusiasm, commitment and dedication to their to work daily.

The founder and CEO Najla Siddeeq is an American Red Cross Certified Instructor for CPR/AED/First Aid/BLS (among other things) and her team provides CPR certification for staff at organizations around the country. She brings a vast amount of  experience, knowledge, skills and strong leadership. Najla Siddeeq has a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Michigan Flint. She has been training staff, designing and developing trainings and curriculum for 20 years.  She  has presented workshops/trainings in Anaheim, California; Grand Rapids, MI; Merrill Palmer Institute at Wayne State University; Atlanta, GA; Howell, MI; Flint, MI, and Baker College.  She has provided school in-service training for all staff for CIOGC school and more.  

She has experience working with ages zero to adult.  She has set up early childhood programs from the ground up handling the licensing, curriculum design and served as the construction team liaison and ECE contact for state compliant structures for Genesee Academy Early Childhood Center.  

She was a key part of the building team that set up and built up the Early Childhood Development Center at University of Michigan Flint, assisted in training staff and collaborated with the UM-Flint Education staff to build and train a strong leadership team and lab school that endures today in Flint, MI.
